Anyone who stamps knows the excitement when goodies come in the mail. Well I got some goodies on Monday. I just got to play tonight with my newest goodies. Gina K had her March release on thursday last week and I just HAD to order. These two card are made with Rupa Shevde's "Easter Blessings" set that was just released. It's such a beautiful set!
I used SU markers to color the stamp on this first card. Paper is SU elegant eggplant for the mat, some white cs I had laying around and Gina K's 120lb White for the card base. The ribbon is PTI.
I embossed the image in gold for this second card. Colored the tulips and leaves in with SU markers. Then I sponged around the edge in gold and matted on elegant eggplant. I used always artichoke ink for the leaves and sentiment. Once again Gina K 120 for the card base.I also got 3 other sets and can't wait to play with them as well. In fact, maybe I'll head back to my craft area to play some more right now.
