This card was made for my friend Paulie, who turns 59 tomorrow. The image came from my friend Kathy. I colored it with Kuh-i-noor pencils. The party hats are from SU's Favorite Teddy set. The sentiment is from an Inkadinkadoo set. I also sprinkled the inside with confetti, ballons and a gift, also from the teddy set. All the paper is SU.
